David Wang – (LL.B (Hons.), B.L., B.A.)

David Wang is a founding Partner. Specialises in Company Law, Probate, Commercial Litigation and Family Law. The principle aim of the firm was helping individuals assert and defend their rights and correct miscarriages of justice. Our main services are Housing, Family, Criminal Defence, Civil Liberties, Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Wills and Probate, Employment and Dispute Resolution. For the last 20 years, David have specialised in complex personal injury and multi-party cases. for his outcome-focused and tenacious approach to getting deals done.

Clients praise his approach, which is “fantastic. He understands our needs and what we are doing". David has “incredible determination to conclude transactions… he was a constant source of strength”. According to Chambers & Partners, clients say David is "a very effective deal-doer" who "just gets stuff done".

Barry Steve (B.C.L.)

Barry Steve Joined firm in 2005. Specialises in Commercial Property, Property Development and Commercial Law. Barry can turn his hand to many legal disciplines. This is highlighted by his practice, which includes non-contentious and contentious corporate and commercial matters such as mergers and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border joint ventures, private equity transactional work, corporate finance real estate transactions, global tax planning, corporate and commercial related litigation and international arbitration.

Barry has considerable experience in the co-ordination of multi-disciplinary teams within the firm and involving external firms in multiple jurisdictions. He has a wide network of professional and business relationships, in particular in Europe, Russia, CIS countries, USA and Israel.

Barry is notable for his lateral thinking, and the commercial and pragmatic solutions he offers clients as a result. He is a tough negotiator who always fights relentlessly for his clients.

Ms. Gemma Parker – (Solicitor/Mediator)

Gemma studied Law at the University of Westminster and completed Bar Vocational Course at Inns Of Court School of Law in London. She then completed a Masters degree in Public International Law, focusing primarily on the rights of the child and importance of family.

Whilst studying for her Masters Gemma started work as a paralegal in a criminal law firm before then moving into a family law firm where she spent two years in her family set gaining experience in all aspects of family law. It was here that Gemma completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and qualified as a Solicitor. Since qualifying in 2012, Gemma has spent much time gaining further knowledge on all aspects of family law ranging from divorce and ancillary relief to child arrangement orders and all Section 8 applications.

In addition to family law matters Gemma has a solid knowledge of matters relating to housing and landlord and tenacy, as well as wills and probates.

Further to acting as a solicitor Gemma also conduct work as a mediator within the offices, with the aim of helping families in conflict to reach the best possible resolution for their family unit.

Gemma is passionate about family law. She is committed and motivated to achieve the best possible outcome, priding herself on working with clients in a compassionate and sensitive manner. She has an efficient yet empathetic approach, understanding the need to provide practical advice and realistic solutions.

Mr. Henry Cheng – SOLICITOR

Henry has finished his recognised training period and is awaiting the admission to the Solicitor roll.

Henry started his legal career in volunteering in varies of law centre while he was studying his undergraduate degree of which he has gained valuable experiences.

Amongst many areas of law Henry has come across, he has a great passion in Family law.

He loves reading and listening to music while he is less busy.
